Returns

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Be Kind Goods. If you're not happy with your order, I am here to help.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom orders

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact me at help@bekindgoods.com with your order number and reason for return. I will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once I receive your return, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
